Divorce

Paternity

Time-Sharing
Child time-sharing laws have changed over the years with the current law starting point of shared parental responsibility and equal time sharing. However, what a Judge will look to, is still on the best interests of the minor children when determining which parent will have majority time sharing or equal time sharing and control over any decision making over the children.
Modifications
A Petition for Modification is needed after a Final Order, when facts and circumstances substantially change and what has been agreed upon or Ordered in the past is no longer working.
